Developed the brand new all inclusive concept and started-up the company. All of the project development, management activities were undertaken by ourselves. These included projections of long term budgeting, brand development, renting of hotels, hiring/training of all personnel, and international marketing. 4. Palmira De Luxe Hotel Bodrum/Mugla - Turkey 5* 200 beds.1998. Boutique Hotel Concept. Consulting, pre-opening.

6. MNG Holding WOW Hotels and Bentour (1998-2001)

Developed new hotel chain and brand. Achieved the highest standards of All inclusive (which we called The Max Inclusive) and started up and managed Tour operator in Germany and Russia . We have undertaken all of the project management functions, personnel hiring, training and development, Theme Hotel Concept application. We were also chosen for the feasibility studies and all of the project management for the Kremlin Palace and White House Hotels in Turkey which are going to open in 2003 summer.

     a. Start up and management of Bentour Turkey Incoming Agency. 1998

     b. Started up of Bentour Germany Tour Operator & Russia Tour Operator and developed the infrastructure to accommodate 100,000 customers per year. 1999
